Ms. Berry's practice focuses on civil litigation in the State Courts of Connecticut and Rhode Island, as well as the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Disputes Court. Her areas of practice are motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, general litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, and liquor liability. Attorney Berry has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in the Connecticut Superior Courts, including three defense verdicts in premises liability actions and one defense verdict in a liquor liability action against local, family run businesses, as well as defense favorable verdicts in motor vehicle accident cases where liability was admitted.
